You can feel secure and confident in your Palisade knowing you’re surrounded by Hyundai SmartSense™ [P2] – a suite of interconnected cameras, radars, alerts and sensors that combine to create advanced safety innovations, such as the Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) for clear site of your blind spots after activating your indicators, and the Surround View Monitor (SVM) which gives you a clear 360 degree view of your Palisade.

Employs a series of high-resolution cameras to create a real-time, 360 degree bird’s eye view of your Palisade and its surroundings, and displays it on your 10.25” multimedia touchscreen. With this kind of spatial awareness, parking becomes so much faster and easier.

Personalised climate control.
While those riding in the front seats can each set their own preferred temperatures with dual zone climate control, everyone else can enjoy the heating and air-con as well, thanks to the multiple air vents throughout the cabin including in the 3rd row. The 2nd row has separate climate controls too so rear passengers can set their preferred temperatures.

For easier 3rd row entry and exit, a one-touch button quickly collapses and slides the 2nd row seats forward, so passengers can get in and out from the 3rd row much more easily and with little assistance.

The Palisade comes equipped with a variety of ISOFIX and top-tether anchor points to secure multiple baby, child and booster seats, to suit where you want your kids positioned and the most convenient entry and exit doors.
In the 7-seat, the 2nd row features 2x ISOFIX points (LH + RH) and 2x top-tether anchor points, with 1x ISOFIX point (LH) and 2x top-tether (LH + centre) in the 3rd row. Lane Following Assist (LFA).
LFA uses the front windshield mounted camera to detect lane markers and preceding traffic on the road, and provides steering assistance to ensure the vehicle stays in the centre of the lane.
Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) – Advanced.
This system monitors the Palisade’s rear doors opening and closing so nothing is accidentally left behind inside the Palisade. When the driver stops the engine and opens their door to exit, ROA will display a “Check rear seats" warning message in the supervision cluster. And if the system detects movement after the driver parks, turns the ignition off and locks the Palisade, ROA-Advanced will sound an alarm, alerting the driver.
Safe Exit Assist (SEA).
The Palisade’s senses are always looking out for you. Even when it’s parked, if it detects a car approaching from behind, it will prevent the driver from disengaging the electronic child safety lock to allow passengers in the 2nd row seat from exiting the vehicle. And if it detects a vehicle approaching and a road-facing rear passenger opens their door, it will sound a warning chime reminding them to be careful and a warning sign will also pop up in the cluster.

Surround View Monitor (SVM).
Employs a series of high-resolution cameras to create a real-time, 360 degree bird’s eye view of your Palisade and its surroundings, and displays it on your 10.25” multimedia touchscreen. With this kind of spatial awareness, parking becomes so much faster and easier.
